is a Serbo-Cypriot architectural researcher and designer. Her PhD research at the University of Cambridge explores relational spatial politics through a situated study of the development of the Cypriot wet-land complex (Akrotiri Peninsula). She investigates the differences of contemporary capital and political interests, and landscapes in flux; engaging with transition discourse through a relational, feminist and post-humanist lens.
Diana is co-editor of the experimental anthology I, Like Many Things (2023), a co-founder of Rehearsing Environments (DK) and collaborator with Building Neighbourhood (CY). Her experience as architectural designer in studios in Italy, Denmark and the US has primarily been in cultural and institutional building projects.
She holds a BSc in Architecture from the University of Bath, an MArch from Yale University, an MPhil in Architecture and Urban Studies from the University of Cambridge (2024 Bass Fellow), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Architecture at the University of Cambridge.
She is the recipient of the William E. and Gertrude B. Lowry Class of 1947 Scholarship 2019-22; the Gertraud A. Wood Traveling Fellowship 2021; the Gene Lewis Prize 2022; the Bass Fellowship 2023-24; and her PhD is funded by the UK Research and Innovation’s Economic and Social Research Council.
